We had to wait two extra hours before getting our rooms, frustrating and tiring.
The hotel's location was great as it was close to public transportation and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Convenient location near MTR station, with plenty of food options and supermarkets nearby. Spacious rooms with fast WiFi and good breakfast selections. Quiet area for a peaceful night's rest. Upgrade to a business suite was a nice surprise. Decent view of the harbor, albeit obstructed by nearby buildings.

We loved staying at this hotel; the location just across the MTR station is super convenient, and we could easily access public transportation. The service from all hotel staff was outstanding, and the guest service manager went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a sitting area. We also enjoyed using the leisure swimming pool and fitness centre.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends, and we couldn't find anything negative to say about it.

The hotel is conveniently located just across from the metro station, making it easy to access all forms of transportation. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture. The breakfast offers a good range of options, including fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, cereal, and traditional Chinese breakfast foods.
Some male staff members were unfriendly and unwelcoming, which detracted from the overall experience.
